TUITION, FINANCIAL AID, & SCHOLARSHIPS

At Althoff Catholic High School, we recognize tuition is a significant sacrifice for families. We believe the investment your family makes will be realized today and in years to come!

If you are Catholic, your registered parish in the Belleville Diocese pays a student assessment to Althoff Catholic High School to help offset the cost of education for your Catholic student. Through our scholarship and tuition assistance programs, we hope to make it a little easier for families who desire to send their children to our school. Last school year, 20% of our families received financial assistance with the average award being $1,500! We also have many students receiving academic and need based scholarships and outside funding to support their journey.

FINANCIAL AID

The financial aid application for the upcoming school year's tuition assistance process begins on January 1 with a February 14 priority deadline each year. After the priority deadline, limited funding may be available for later applicants. There is a $35 fee to submit the application. Even if you feel that you do not qualify for Financial Aid, we encourage you to apply.  In the event that your financial situation changes prior to the start of the school year, we will be able to reassess your financial application on file.

The application for the upcoming year will require you to upload your 1040 tax form from 2022. Your application will not be verified and reviewed until all required documents are submitted.

A family's financial need is calculated through the FACTS Grant & Aid Program. If the priority deadline was met, Financial Aid award letters generally go out to eligible families prior to March 1.  Please log in to FACTS to start your financial aid application.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Each year, a group of individuals choose to honor the legacy of their loved ones by offering scholarships to our incoming and continuing students. On average, between 20 and 30 scholarships are offered each year, depending on available funding. Scholarships are published on our website in the fall of each year with applications being made available to applied students in January. The deadline for the school year 2024-2025 is February 14.
