2026 Crusader Summer Camps

Thank you for exploring our Crusader Summer Camps! We offer camps for all interests and ages from PK to 12th grade. Camps start on May 26 and go all the way to the end of July. Make sure to read through all camp releases and policies, including the refund policy. Refunds will not be issued unless the camp is canceled by Althoff. 

PLEASE CHECK FOR ANY UPDATES IN DATES OR TIMES - SOME CAMP INFORMATION MAY HAVE CHANGED FROM THE BROCHURE

All campers will receive a t-shirt in the size designated on the sign-up sheet at the time of registration! 

Camps fill up quickly, so don't delay!

Summer Camp Releases & Policies

PARENTAL RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

PARENTAL RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:

I hereby release Althoff Catholic High School and all of its employees and representatives from all claims on account of injuries which may be sustained by my child while attending camp and I agree to indemnify Althoff Catholic High School and its employees and representatives for any claim which may hereinafter be presented by my child for any such injuries. In the event of illness or injury, I hereby give my consent for medical treatment and permission to the attending physician to hospitalize, secure proper treatment, and order injections, anesthesia, or surgery. I will be responsible for any medical and/or other charges in connection with my child’s attendance at the camp(s).

PHOTO RELEASE

PHOTO RELEASE:

I hereby grant permission for films, video recordings, and photographs to be taken of my student during the camp. I understand that this media may be produced and used for advertising purposes. I authorize Althoff Catholic High School to use my student’s photograph and/or name on its website or in other official school printed publications or social media pages without further consideration, and I acknowledge the school’s right to crop or treat the media at its discretion. I also acknowledge that the school may choose not to use my student’s photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I also understand that once my student’s image is posted on the Althoff Catholic website, it may be possible that the image can be downloaded by any computer user on or off-campus. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:

REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

The camp fees are nonrefundable. The only exception is if the camp is canceled for some reason. Then, the refund will be issued directly to the form of payment used.

If necessary, we are also able to issue a credit that can be used towards a future camp being held within the same year if a cancellation needs to be made.

Drama Camps

Drama Camp # 1 - Annie, Kids

Incoming K - 5th grades 
Dates: 6/1-6/5 from 9 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. (Monday-Thursday)
1 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 5
Performance at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 5 in Heritage Hall.
Bring lunch and snacks.
Tuition: $100
Based on the popular comic strip and adapted from the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, with a beloved book and score by Tony Award-winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, Annie KIDS features everyone’s favorite little redhead in her very first adventure. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. Plenty of parts to go around, including featured roles as well as ensemble parts for orphans, servants and tourists.

Drama Camp # 2 - Honk, Jr.

Incoming K - 9th grades 
Dates: 6/8-6/20 from 9 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
1 P.M.  - 9:30 P.M. end of Cast Party on Friday, June 19                                                                                                           6 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. - end of Set Strike on Saturday, June 20
Performance at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 19, and Saturday, June 20 in Heritage Hall.
Bring lunch and snacks.
Tuition: $150
Adapted for young performers, and with a score by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, Honk! JR. is a heartwarming celebration of being different that is sure to delight audiences of all ages with its sparkling wit, unique charm and memorable score.  Witty and hilarious, but also deeply moving. Guaranteed equal amounts of laughter and tears. Ugly looks quite a bit different from his darling duckling brothers and sisters. The other animals on the farm are quick to notice and point this out, despite his mother's protective flapping. Feeling rather foul about himself, the little fowl finds himself on an adventure of self-discovery, all the while unknowingly outwitting a very hungry Cat. Along the way, Ugly meets a whole flock of unique characters and finds out that being different is not a bad thing to be.

Drama Camp # 3 - Wonderland!

Incoming K - 9th grades 
Dates: 7/6-7/18 from 9 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
1 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. end of Cast Party on Friday, July 17
6 P.M. - 9 P.M. - end of Set Strike on Saturday, July 18

Tuition: $150
Wonderland! is an unabashedly silly adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass, by  With hip-hopping music, it is an upbeat, coming-of-age story that audiences of all ages will adore!  You’ll recognize some of your favorite familiar characters of Alice’s Wonderland along with meeting dozens of new ones:  a baseball team, a gospel group called The Responsibilities, a train conductor, star-struck tourists, plastic light-saber wielding knights, and much more. 
An eclectic mix of music that ranging from gypsy swing to doo-wop to bluegrass will have you grinning like a Cheshire cat!  You’ll love the toe-tapping musical renditions of “Jabberwocky” and “The Walrus and the Carpenter” as well as other great numbers such as “Anything’s Possible,” “Step by Step,” and the hysterical “I Was a Good Egg But Then I Done Went Bad,” sung by Humpty Dumpty and the Dixie Chickens.

Dance Camps

Dance Team Clinic 

Grades 6-8 Cost: $55
Dates: July 20-22; 1 - 3 p.m.
We invite our 6th-8th-grade dancers interested in dancing in high school to come to our 3-day clinic. Participants will learn technique and skills typically seen at the high school level, learn styles in pom, jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop, and get to learn what it's like to be a member of the Althoff dance team from current members and coaches! We will cover turn and leap techniques, as well as introduce participants to proper Pom technique. Participants will learn a sideline routine to perform with the dance team at the homecoming football game this Fall! (Date TBD) This camp is designed for 6-8th graders who may already have some dance experience and/or are interested in seeing if Dance Team is for them! All participants will receive a team t-shirt.

Dance Camp

Grades K-5 Cost: $65
Dates: July 20-22 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
We're excited to have our tiny dancers return to camp again this summer! At dance camp, our mini-dancers will get an introduction to dance, play fun games as a team, and learn routines to perform for parents on the last day of camp! No dance experience is necessary, but your child is sure to want to continue dancing after camp is over! Participants will learn a routine to perform as the halftime show at an upcoming home Althoff football game (Date TBD). 
All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.

Boys Basketball Camp

Grades 3 - 8
Dates: 5/26-5/28
8 A.M. - 10 A.M. 6TH - 8TH  GRADE                  
10 A.M. - 12 P.M. 3RD - 5TH GRADE

Instruction and review of the basic skills and fundamentals of basketball. Includes games and contests within your age group.

Cheer Camp

Cheer Camp

Grades K-8  Dates: 6/25-6/26 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

Tuition: $45  

Campers can expect to learn the fundamentals of cheer, along with sideline cheer, and sideline dance routines. This camp will be led by Head Varsity Cheer Coach, Joni Fultz, and the Althoff Varsity Cheerleaders. Campers will perform at Althoff Catholic Football's Blue & Gold game, date TBD.

Golf Camps

Co-Ed Golf Camp

Ages 5 & up
Dates: 6/15-6/19
9 A.M - 10:30 A.M   
Location: DP Golf Indoors 1334 Central Park Dr. O’Fallon 62269
Tuition: $105
An entire program of golf fundamentals, rules, etiquette, and safety.  Sessions include iron play, wood play, short game, and putting.

Grades 4 - 8
Dates: 6/16-6/18
9:30 A.M - 11:30 A.M. 4TH - 6TH  GRADE
12:30 P.M. - 2:30 P.M. 7TH - 8TH GRADE
Tuition: $65
Instruction on the fundamental skills of volleyball - Serving, Passing, Setting, Hitting, as well as more advanced strategies on offense and defense. Doors will open at 9:45 A.M. for 4th-6th and 12:15 P.M. for 7th-8th.

Instruction on the fundamental skills of baseball with baseball-related competitions and games.

Small group, age-appropriate training focused on soccer development. Camp will consist of small-sided games, and team-building activities, improving flexibility, mobility, agility, speed, power, and balance.

Art Camps

Ceramics Camp

Incoming 7th – 9th grades
Dates: 6/8-6/11 from 9:30 A.M. -11 A.M.
Tuition: $100
Students will explore the medium of ceramics using a potter's wheel as the main tool of expression. Students will also explore glaze and firing considerations. Glazing will take place on June 17 & 19.  Pick-up will be on June 23.

Drawing Camp

Incoming 7th – 9th grades
Dates: 6/22-6/25 from 9:30 A.M. -11 A.M.
Tuition: $65
Individualized assistance is provided to develop students' skills in drawing. All necessary camp materials will be provided.

Adult Art Camp 

Mr. Woesthaus is opening the art studio to offer a ceramics camp for adults! You will explore the medium of ceramics using a potter's wheel as the main tool of expression. You will experience the glazing and firing process of your pieces as well.

The camp will be June 8-11 from 6:30-8:00 PM. You will come back on June 17 and 19 to glaze your artwork. Pick-up for your artwork will be on June 23.
