Thank you for exploring our Crusader Summer Camps! We offer camps for all interests and ages from PK to 12th grade. Camps start on May 26 and go all the way to the end of July. Make sure to read through all camp releases and policies, including the refund policy. Refunds will not be issued unless the camp is canceled by Althoff.

Drama Camps
Drama Camp # 1 - Annie, Kids
Incoming K - 5th grades
Dates: 6/1-6/5 from 9 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. (Monday-Thursday)
1 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 5
Performance at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 5 in Heritage Hall.
Bring lunch and snacks.
Tuition: $100
Based on the popular comic strip and adapted from the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, with a beloved book and score by Tony Award-winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, Annie KIDS features everyone’s favorite little redhead in her very first adventure. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. Plenty of parts to go around, including featured roles as well as ensemble parts for orphans, servants and tourists.
Drama Camp # 2 - Honk, Jr.

Adapted for young performers, and with a score by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, Honk! JR. is a heartwarming celebration of being different that is sure to delight audiences of all ages with its sparkling wit, unique charm and memorable score. Witty and hilarious, but also deeply moving. Guaranteed equal amounts of laughter and tears. Ugly looks quite a bit different from his darling duckling brothers and sisters. The other animals on the farm are quick to notice and point this out, despite his mother's protective flapping. Feeling rather foul about himself, the little fowl finds himself on an adventure of self-discovery, all the while unknowingly outwitting a very hungry Cat. Along the way, Ugly meets a whole flock of unique characters and finds out that being different is not a bad thing to be.

Wonderland! is an unabashedly silly adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass, by With hip-hopping music, it is an upbeat, coming-of-age story that audiences of all ages will adore! You’ll recognize some of your favorite familiar characters of Alice’s Wonderland along with meeting dozens of new ones: a baseball team, a gospel group called The Responsibilities, a train conductor, star-struck tourists, plastic light-saber wielding knights, and much more.
An eclectic mix of music that ranging from gypsy swing to doo-wop to bluegrass will have you grinning like a Cheshire cat! You’ll love the toe-tapping musical renditions of “Jabberwocky” and “The Walrus and the Carpenter” as well as other great numbers such as “Anything’s Possible,” “Step by Step,” and the hysterical “I Was a Good Egg But Then I Done Went Bad,” sung by Humpty Dumpty and the Dixie Chickens.

Football Camp
Grades 4 - 8
Dates: 6/15-6/18 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Tuition: $40
Instruction will cover all aspects of football, including offense, defense, and special teams, to help develop their skills and enhance their interest in the game.

Art Camps
Ceramics Camp
Incoming 7th – 9th grades
Dates: 6/8-6/11 from 9:30 A.M. -11 A.M.
Tuition: $100
Students will explore the medium of ceramics using a potter's wheel as the main tool of expression. Students will also explore glaze and firing considerations. Glazing will take place on June 17 & 19. Pick-up will be on June 23.

Drawing Camp
Incoming 7th – 9th grades
Dates: 6/22-6/25 from 9:30 A.M. -11 A.M.
Tuition: $65
Individualized assistance is provided to develop students' skills in drawing. All necessary camp materials will be provided.

Adult Art Camp
Mr. Woesthaus is opening the art studio to offer a ceramics camp for adults! You will explore the medium of ceramics using a potter's wheel as the main tool of expression. You will experience the glazing and firing process of your pieces as well.
The camp will be June 8-11 from 6:30-8:00 PM. You will come back on June 17 and 19 to glaze your artwork. Pick-up for your artwork will be on June 23.
