We want to inform you of an upcoming update to our billing process. Beginning this school year, Athletic Fees, as well as English Book fees, will be billed as Incidental Billing through your FACTS account. Athletic Fees are $125 per student per sport, with a maximum of $375 per student or $600 per family. Freshman/Sophomore English Books are $115, Junior/Senior English Books are $119 This means: Charges will be posted after participation is confirmed (for sports) or after book distribution (for English classes). You will receive a notification from FACTS when an incidental charge is applied to your account. Payment will be due according to the schedule outlined in your FACTS account settings. Please note these payment dates. This change enables us to streamline billing, ensure accuracy, and provide you with clear records of all charges. If you have already paid your Athletic Fees by check, you will see the Incidental Billing on your FACTS account, but it will show "Payment at Institution" on your account.
