Finance & Tuition Mangement

Past-Due Accounts

Students with past due accounts from the 2017-18 school year must clear these accounts prior to the start of school. Questions concerning these accounts may be directed to Mrs. Sue Willard or to Mrs. Susan Morford in the Main Office prior to the start of school. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Althoff Catholic has partnered with FACTS Tuition Management Company to manage our tuition payment program. All families must enroll in FACTS. You may choose to pay tuition in full which will be due September 1, 2018, or in two (2) installments. The first installment will be due September 1, 2018, and the second installment will be due January 4, 2019. You also have the option to schedule a monthly payment plan. On the monthly plans, you may choose to make half of the monthly payment on the 1st and half on the 15th. If not enrolled, you must enroll as soon as possible; the enrollment date for some payment plans has already past.  All tuition payments are expected to be paid on time in order for your student to participate in extra curricular activities..

Tuition payments must be current for a student to take semester examinations in December and May. To participate in graduation and receive their diploma, seniors’ accounts must be paid in full.

All students will be expected to follow the aforementioned policy unless prior arrangements have been made with the principal's office.

If you have not already done so, sign-up for FACTS here.

Parish Assessment

Parishes in the Belleville Diocese pay a student assessment to Althoff Catholic High School. Parents are to be aware that if the assessment is not forthcoming from the pastor of a student's parish, for whatever reason, then the students from that parish will be charged the Non-Catholic tuition rate. In these situations, parents will be asked to discuss the matter with their pastor.
