The Girls Soccer team will pay Columbia on Saturday at Althoff at 6 pm in the finals of the tournament.

Crusader Cru: come out and support the girls. You DO have to pay $5.00 to get in because Althoff is not sponsoring the tournament.

Student donation campaign:  the boys have raised $574.38 or 56 percent of their goal. The girls with $378.70 or roughly 44 percent of their goal collected.  Please give asap to the Advancement office and earn an out-of-uniform privilege for March 26 and/or March 27th.

Any art club member who wants to get a t-shirt, please let Mr. Woesthaus know sometime today for a t-shirt count.

Congratulations to the JV and Varsity Scholar Bowl teams for winning their league championship match in Columbia.  A special shout out to our 4 seniors, Luke Schreder, Nick Gabautz, Matthew Schafer, and Jacob Roche for demonstrating academic excellence and outstanding leadership qualities required to guide the team throughout the season and to the championship match.  Please wish the varsity team good luck as they advance to the Regional Match on March 5th.

congrats to the dance team on qualifying all three routines for state at the highland competition last weekend with a 2nd in Jazz, 1st in Lyrical, and 1st in Pom Dance. Senior, Kali Springer also placed 5th in the soloist category and qualified for State. Come out and support Kali at the school prelims Friday night at 6 pm in Springfield. Also, come and support the team on Saturday. Their first dance is at noon.

Attention bowlers: Today is picture day at St. Clair right after school. Please bring your jersey and your smile. Congrats to the bowling teams for winning their matches against Dupo last night. Amazing scores for the boys bowling team for this year's team record for high series of 3285 points. Special congrats to john Leshikar who beat his personal high series and a school record with a 802 points.  In addition Zach Leshikar and Daniel Hummel also did very well with their high series of respectively 710 and 664 points. There will be an informational meeting in room 303 on Tuesday, Dec. 12th at 7;45 am. regarding interest on the formation of a WYSE team fro ACHS. This is an academic challenge in which we have successfully participated in the past. Please join us to find out more about the WYSE team.  If you cannot attend, but may be interested in participating, please see Mrs. Luetkenhaus.

There will be an informational meeting for any girl interested in Girls Track  Field this year. The meeting will be Wed., Dec. 13th after school at 3:15 in the cafeteria. If you are interested in running, jumping, and/or throwing, please join us.

Come out and support the boys basketball team as they play Centralia at home Friday night. And the girls Basketball team will play Belleville West at home on Saturday night at 6 pm.

Christmas Ball tickets will be on sale Monday, Dec. 11 thru Friday, Dec. 15 during C1 and C2 lunch periods.  The cost will be $10.00 per ticket or a special rate of $20.00 per couple.

Students:  We are looking for volunteers to help at the Dance Competition this Saturday at ACHS.  Please see Mrs. Tepen.  for the sign-up sheet.  Please get your friends together and support the Althoff Dance Team.

The Scholar Bowl Team is hosting 3 matches on 12/14, 1/4 and 2/1.  We are looking for volunteers to keep score during the matches.  If you would like to earn service hours, please sign up on the sign up sheets located outside Mr. Kelley an Ms. Feist's rooms.
